Welcome to A1 Plus Electrical, Plumbing and Air. The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between our company and our customers. By approving an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to the following:

1. Advantage Plan Memberships

Enjoy instant savings and exclusive benefits with our automatically billed monthly or annual membership.

  • Billing: Plans renew and bill automatically based on your chosen cycle.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; there are no long-term contracts.

  • Savings Clause: To retain member-only savings received on services, you must maintain the membership for 12 consecutive months. If canceled earlier, the difference between member pricing and standard pricing will be applied to your account.

2. Deposits and Cancellations

Your deposit allows us to secure materials, equipment, and permits specifically for your project.

  • Refundability: Deposits are typically non-refundable once processed due to custom allocation of resources.

  • Case-by-Case Review: If your project has not yet required material purchases, permit fees, or equipment allocation, we may refund all
    or part of your deposit upon review.

  • 3-Day Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel any transaction without penalty within
    3 days of the invoice date. Payments will be returned within 7 days of receiving a cancellation notice. Please call 832-831-5925 or email info@a1plus.com to cancel.

3. Property Conditions and Restoration

Our technicians strive to minimize cosmetic disruption, but certain services require invasive access.

  • Interior Surfaces: A1 Plus is not responsible for sheetrock, paint, texture, dust, or caulking. If wall or ceiling access is required, the customer is responsible for hiring a professional of their choice for repairs.

  • Landscaping & Trenching: For projects requiring digging, we will backfill soil and replace sod as close to the original condition as possible. We are not responsible for professional landscaping (e.g., leveling, new sod, seeding, or soil correction).

  • Utilities: Customers are responsible for coordinating and paying for any necessary gas meter upgrades with the utility company.

  • Appliance Relighting: While we will assist in relighting appliances (like water heaters) after a gas shut-off when possible, we are not responsible for appliances that fail to relight once gas is restored.

4. Payments and Estimates

To maintain our scheduling and material workflows, we adhere to the following payment terms:

  • Due Date: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. Post-work inspections do not delay the payment timeline.

  • Late Fees: Payments not received within 48 hours of completion may incur additional fees.

  • Estimates: Estimates are valid for 30 days unless revised or voided earlier. Discounts must be applied at the time of estimate approval and cannot be added after the job is finished.

5. Warranty Information

All parts warranties are manufacturer-specific. Coverage is determined solely by the manufacturer.

Note: To maintain Extended Membership warranties, the membership must remain active and uninterrupted. Any lapse or cancellation will result in warranties reverting to the Standard Warranty terms.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated calls and text messages from A1 Plus Electrical, Plumbing and Air at the number provided.

  • Message Types: Appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling, and follow-up communications.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service needs (typically 2–4 messages per month).

  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message.
